Liso Resigns as President of Dorel Juvenile Division

Dorel Inds., Montreal, announced on Monday that Dorel Juvenile Group President Camillo Liso, has resigned his position and will leave the company by Friday. Hani Basile, Dorel Juvenile Group's Chief Operating Officer, will assume Liso's responsibilities on an interim basis.
Basile has been involved with Dorel's juvenile businesses since he joined the company in 2003. He served as CEO of Dorel Distribution Canada, was instrumental in establishing Dorel Australia and Dorel Brazil, and has been COO of Dorel Juvenile Group worldwide since May 2008.
"We thank Cam for his service and wish him well in his future endeavours," Dorel President and CEO Martin Schwartz said in a release. Liso joined Dorel in 2004 and was named president of the Juvenile Group last June.
Dorel's Home Furnishings segment markets a wide assortment of furniture products, both domestically produced and imported. Dorel is a $2 billion company with 4,600 employees, facilities in 17 countries, and sales worldwide.
