Dongguan Mu Sin Gets 8.3% New Shipper Duty

The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has amended the final results of its fourth set of new shipper reviews of its antidumping order on wood bedroom furniture from China to give Dongguan manufacturer Mu Sin a duty rate of 8.3 percent for the period covering Jan. 31-July 1, 2007.

Mu Sin had received a preliminary duty of 103.35 percent.

According to an announcement in the Federal Register on Tuesday, DOC made the change to "correct ministerial errors made in the calculation of the antidumping duty margin for Dongguan Mu Si Furniture Co., Ltd."
