The U.S. Department of Commerce on Wednesday announced a new shipper review of wood bedroom furniture from Chinese manufacturers Rise Furniture and Zhejiang Tianyi.
The investigation will explore whether the two companies shipped subject merchandise in the U.S. market at less than fair value during the period Jan. 1-June 30, 2009.
The Department of Commerce intends to issue the preliminary results of these reviews no later than 180 days from the date of initiation, and the final results of these reviews no later than 270 days from the date of initiation.
