Colorado's Designers Loft Furniture Closes

Designers Loft Furniture in Fort Collins, Col., has closed for failure to pay taxes,
the Fort Collins Coloradoan reported Tuesday.
The Colorado Department of Revenue has seized the retailer's assets, which will be auctioned on Dec. 22.
The paper reported that the state seized $10,330 in back taxes from the store, which was closed and locked Monday.
