Raymour & Flanigan Takes Over Brooklyn Space
April 1, 2009Raymour & Flanigan Furniture, Liverpool, N.Y., has taken over a 40,000-square-foot retail space that formerly housed a now-closed Linens N Things location, real estate Web site GlobeSt.com reported on Wednesday.
"Our expansion into the former Linens space affords us the opportunity to provide additional convenient service to customers in Brooklyn and the greater metro New York market," said Scott Milnamow, Raymour & Flanigan's vice president of real estate development, in a release. "This will be our second store in Brooklyn."
Raymour recently took over another former Linens N Things site at the Columbus Commons shopping center in Philadelphia.
