Stylus Expands Las Vegas Design Center PresenceSeptember 30, 2010
"We are pleased to expand in Las Vegas Design Center," says Jason Harris, vice president of sales and marketing for Stylus Sofas. "We are a good fit with the Design Center because of the extensive customization we offer. Designers and their customers can use this customization to create a sofa that perfectly completes their décor plan at a price point that is much less than a one-of-a-kind design built by custom upholsterer."
Harris added that the expanded space--showroom A229 in the World Market Center--allows additional room to show more products, including Stylys' in-stock program and custom made-to-order collection.
"Stylus Sofas serves as a terrific example of a forward-thinking company positioning itself for success in a down economy," said Randy Wells, vice president of Las Vegas Design Center. "The company makes an outstanding product and this expansion provides them with a great space to tell their story in full."
Stylus offers contemporary and traditional sofas, loveseats, chairs, sectionals and sofabeds for commercial and residential spaces. Stylus is committed to making environmentally sound choices. From the wood supply used to frame each piece, to the zero-waste, Chlorofluorocarbon-free foam used in cushions, Stylus manufactures its furniture line in a Vancouver-based facility that relies on natural light skylights and uses recycling programs for paper, cardboard, plastic and foam waste.
"All of the products we manufacture are produced with eco-friendly materials and processes," said Harris. "A consumer can also choose to make their sofa greener by choosing a soy-based foam that reduces the petro-polyol input by 30 percent."
