Gallery Six Opens New Habersham Gallery in Dallas
February 24, 2009
Gallery Six has expanded its presence in the Dallas design trade marketplace with the opening of a new 7,000-square-foot showroom, which features a 3,200-plus-square-foot Habersham Home Gallery, at the International on Turtle Creek Design Center. The Habersham gallery showcases the vendor's designs for the entire home, including handcrafted antique reproduction furniture, custom kitchen/bath cabinetry and upholstery.
The new space, Suite 103-A, joins an existing Gallery Six Dallas Market Center showroom in space 11013 at the World Trade Center to give the region's interior design audience a wider selection of products and services from which to choose.
"As Habersham has expanded into beautiful custom kitchen and bath cabinetry, as well as striking upholstery designs, we wanted to provide a resource where designers could see how well all elements of this line work together to create casually sophisticated looks for any and every room in the home," said Victoria Gill, owner of Gallery Six. "Habersham is really unlike any other line on the market today and we look forward to sharing it with our growing design clientele."
"We've had a long and successful relationship with Victoria Gill and her wonderful team at Gallery Six over the years, and we will take that to the next level with this dynamic showroom," said Tom Skipper, vice president of sales, Habersham. "With our expanded custom capabilities, new upholstery offerings, and limitless finish options, we're a more designer-friendly line than ever before. We look forward to working with Gallery Six to meet the needs of even more designers throughout Dallas and the surrounding area."
The new Gallery Six space will offer designers a wide selection of Habersham case goods ranging from grand scale dining and bedroom pieces to elegant accent and occasional designs. The space will also showcase Habersham's custom cabinetry capabilities through a spacious kitchen design and master bath suite area on the showroom floor. The new space will also feature a wide selection from Habersham Feathers, the company's high-end licensed upholstery collection. Bringing together a rich array of fabrics, correlates and trims designed to complement Habersham's hand-finished furniture and custom cabinetry, the collection includes sofas, chairs, ottomans, sectionals and other accents.
