Full-line furniture vendor Lexington Home Brands has completed its acquisition of Sligh Furniture Company.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Sligh is a designer and manufacturer of home office and entertainment furniture, and is one of America’s longest operating residential furniture companies. Sligh has won seven Pinnacle Awards for outstanding design from the American Society of Furniture Designers. The acquisition is expected to complement Lexington’s product offering and dealer network.
Lexington, an affiliate of Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sun Capital Partners, is markets and manufactures upscale wood and upholstered furniture. In addition to the Lexington brand, the company's portfolio of licensed national brands includes Tommy Bahama Home, and Henry Link Trading Co.
