Board Approves Natuzzi's CEO Appointment

Natuzzi (NTZ) has named Pasquale Natuzzi chief executive officer of the leather upholstery specialist.
Natuzzi, who also serves as chairman, will assume the responsibilities left vacant when Aldo Uva resigned from the company last week. The company's board approved the appointment Monday.
The company also announced yesterday that it will release fourth quarter and fiscal 2008 earnings Monday, March 30 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern time. A conference call has been set for Tuesday, March 31 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time to discuss the results.
A Web cast of the conference call will be available online under the Investor Relations section. A replay will be made available online about two hours for a period of 30 days following the live call.
