Pilgrim to Open New Store

Pilgrim Furniture City, Southington, Conn., will open a new location in Manchester, Conn., The Hartford Courant reported Tuesday.
Pilgrim, which has stores in Southington and Milford, will occupy a 76,000-square-foot space in the Plaza at Burr Corners that's currently occupied by VF Outlet.
A representative of Emmes Asset Management Co., which manages the 302,000-square-foot shopping center, said the store should open in the first half of 2010.
