DOC Sets Preliminary '09 Review Bedroom Duties

Wood bedroom furniture from China received a preliminary duty of 216.01 percent in a U.S. Department of Commerce administrative review of 2009 shipments.
Twenty-eight manufacturers received a separate preliminary duty rate of 16.24 percent as they were deemed to have sufficient freedom from government control to escape the People's Republic-wide 216 percent rate.
