Filippo Simonetti has resigned as chief financial officer of Natuzzi, effective March 22. The company has named Salvatore Gaipa to succeed Simonetti.
Gaipa, 55, has gained accounting and finance experience in several multi-national companies, including Snamprogetti—ENI Group and Panasonic Italia. At Panasonic, he was chief financial officer with supervising responsibility in human resources, information technology and internal control. After leaving there in 2005, he was a business consultant.
