Patriot Tackles Bob's Advertisements

Bob's Discount Furniture, Manchester, Conn., announced that it recently began airing a series of commercials featuring New England Patriots defensive tackle Vince Wilfork in the seven Northeastern states where the retailer operates 31 stores.
According to an announcement, the 2007 Pro Bowl player who joined the Patriots in 2004 appears in the commercials with his wife Bianca and two children. In the spots, the couple talk about the new Bob-O-Pedic mattresses, living room sectional and children's bedroom furniture they recently purchased at a Bob's store in Bellingham, Mass.
According to Doug Robinson, manager of the Bellingham store, the commercials came about after Bianca Wilfork visited the store on a shopping trip.
He said she "came into our store, selected several rooms of furniture and was so gracious about her shopping experience that she offered to help spread the world about Bob's Discount Furniture."
