The most upbeat High Point Market in several years added an even more festive atmosphere to April’s Market parties, and parties there were. Companies and organizations throughout the Market hosted after-hours social events for Market-goers and created a lively nightlife throughout the week.

High Point Market might have seen lighter-than-usual traffic, but there was no shortage of social activities. Hooker Furniture divisions Bradington-Young and Sam Moore hosted a launch party for the new Paris Flea Market program. The National Home Furnishings Association held ribbon-cutting festivities for its new Retail Resource Center in Plaza Suites. French Heritage had a “Paris Salon” atmosphere when President Jacques Wayser played piano and sang songs in his native tongue for guests.
