Second Texas Natuzzi Store Opening

Natuzzi is taking on a more pronounced Texas accent with the opening of a store in Plano next week. It’s the second Natuzzi store for its owner.

August 2008
The second Natuzzi store in the Dallas area will open next week in Plano, Texas, at a special “Evening in Italy” event that will give shoppers a chance to win a trip to the Mediterranean country.

The new store at 7300 Lone Star Drive is being opened by Moshe Rudelman, who opened the first independent Natuzzi store in the United States in Dallas in 2004. “We knew (then that) it would only be a matter of time until we opened another one,” Rudelman said. “I’ve always been drawn to the look Natuzzi offers. There is also a certain level of quality and style associated with Natuzzi, and I only want to offer my customers the best. Natuzzi product allows me to do that.”

Natuzzi Americas President Cary Benson will be on hand for the opening of the 7,500-square-foot store. Tod Craft, vice president of Natuzzi Italy sales and marketing, said the Plano store will participate in Natuzzi’s Quick Ship program, which offers top-selling Natuzzi Italy models shipped to customers in 30 days.

Natuzzi, Italy’s largest furniture maker, sells to retailers in 123 countries, as well as through 184 Natuzzi and Divani & Divani stores outside Italy and 123 Divani & Divani by Natuzzi locations in its home country.
